About the Project
The client was looking to develop a SaaS web application for companies and agencies to provide child protection and family welfare services. Different agencies working on such domains can sign up on the system and become tenants of the system by purchasing the subscription plans.
The client wanted the web application to offer the features to the tenants so that they can manage the clients, cases, services, and appointments under cases, contacts address book, master configurations for the tenant panel, and staff users of the agencies who will be providing different services to the clients.
We implemented a multi-tenant architecture with individual schemas for each agency, ensuring data security and performance. A dynamic form builder that allowed the client to customize data collection for their specific needs. An AI cost calculation mechanism provided transparency on resource usage. We utilized the latest technologies and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and a seamless user experience.

To get a detailed peek into each case, the client wanted to have a comprehensive case overview page. It condenses all the important details, making it easy to grasp what's going on. With the insights, case operators can make informed decisions as they navigate through child protection and family welfare tasks.
AI-based case summary generation. (Automated and on-demand)
We developed an AI feature to handle the task of generating insightful case summaries. This helped automate case summaries or pull them up on-demand manually. It simplified the understanding of details in a short time, eased up the communication with case operators, and sped the decision-making. This enabled CasePath to stand out in the realm of child protection and family welfare support.
Form builder to build the case forms
For different tasks and appointment bookings, the client wanted to have a dynamic form builder. This feature is like a toolkit that crafted forms according to the CasePath's working patterns. Whether it's adapting to new processes or staying compliant with regulations, this feature helped with flexible options to create forms and templates for the client.
Sub-domain-based tenant space on the web-app
The developed feature enabled the client to onboard multiple tenants onto his main domain. It created personalized space on the domain for the tenants. With dedicated sub-domains, the tenants can access the data and work in their own virtual workspace, where they can collaborate seamlessly and get things done efficiently.
